Meditation In Motion Pittsburgh
ABOUT Meditation In Motion Pittsburgh is based on the Indonesian Spiritual Martial Art of Silat. Silat can be best understood as a comprehensive martial art and self-defense system integrated through fluid and continuous movements. Silat also contains a mystical and spiritual path which complements the mental and spiritual aspects of life, awareness, health, and well-being. In Indonesia, Silat is performed in many traditional ceremonies and ethnic cultural dances. This Meetup will experience this beautiful art firsthand through practicing the basic movements, meditations, cultural dances and group exercises.
